<VV> relay bushing

Can anyone tell me what a relay bushing is and where is it located on a late 
model (1966) car? I believe it's found inthe front suspension.

 I believe you are talking of the "Idler arm  / bushing"


It's located at the right front of the car....connects to the "relay rod"
