<VV> 140 engines in the garage

All this talk about 140's... I have a couple of 140 horse 
engines that I need to get rid of. They are both 140 
automatic engines. Right now I can't get back into the 
corner of the garage where they are hiding to check the 
dates or codes. One engine was supposedly "rebuilt" to the 
tune of $3,000. Not sure how "rebuilt" it is, but it looks 
good and is clean. I'll sell it for half price = $1500. 
The other engine is a complete 140 except for the carbs. 
It should run - it turns over, but is probably best as a 
core engine to rebuild. $400 is what the heads should be 
worth on a good day, so that would take the whole engine 
out of my garage. Contact me off-line if anyone has any 
interest in either or these or both. They are parked in my
