<VV> Power Enrichment Needle

The shop manual shows the Power Enrichment Needle as sitting on top of the 
accelerator return spring.  I never noticed anything there like that needle.
The diagram doesn't seem too clear.

Would anyone know where that needle goes?

Nope!!


The accel pump check valve is at the gasket seam of the body.


 PEV  is under the cluster!


Is your manual that messed up???  ggg
