<VV> 140 engine codes

The Corvair aviation crowd, for obvious reasons, works to make the most
reliable engine, not the highest hp engine. The biggest problem that
they've seen when they try to push the hp (or when they hit a deer on
the runway) is crank breakage. There are minimal problems when they
stick to William Wynne's formula. The general aviation crowd still gets
squeamish with any mention of a Corvair in an aircraft, but the
homebuilt crowd is a different animal, and they see risk differently.
