<VV> Snow tires

Hi Clark,

When "ice racing" the cars are initially divided into two categories - 
studded and non-studded (AKA rubber) - NO PUNS INTENDED.

In both classes all 4 wheels are the same - your favorite snow tire or your 
favorite studded snow tire.  This is true for FW, RW, or 4W drive vehicles. 
Why?  Because it is best in all cases.
