<VV> Cam Swap?

I just received a carburetor question from a new owner and he mentioned he has a 
140 with a 180 cam. (He was told this by the PO). Is this a good, bad, or 
indifferent combination?

 no such thing as a GM  Turbo Cam.... just one of the four??  that GM  had and used  in all engines depending on what they wanted..
