Hi All, My question: Will installing a 3.27 PG differential get me better
mileage on my '63 Rampside? I currently have 3.55. And I am referring to d
riving long distances on the open road. Thanks all.

Looking for winter projects on my Corvairs
Tim - In 1975 I "TransVaired" a 68 VW Camper with a Corvair 110HP PG from
a 65 coupe - It had a 3.27 gear in it that made it a pain to drive in the
hills. The sucker would go 70MPH on the flat, if you could keep it on the
road. But if you hit any kind of hill at less than 65MPH, you would have to
drop it down and go up in Low Gear at 45MPH. Stick with the 3.55!
