Smitty Says;    Next time I am wrong will be the first time.  Flying on 
memory at my age may not be the best policy.  I looked for the article but 
didn't find it.  I will look again.The number in it may have been .137  In 
any event my post alerted Chuck that the problem might not be the eccentric, 
which was my original intent.
