<VV> Shiftless PG ... again

It can also behave that way and NOT be the E clip.  It happened on my Ultra 
Van and the failure is gradual over many uses and it finally refuses to 
shift at all.  The only solution is a complete overhaul of the PG unit as 
the flexible seals all need replacing.  The e clip was just fine.
