I remembered this from the Corvair Forum a while back - a member from Australia 
posted this:

"The colour I had matched as a fair substitute for "Fawn" was -

Honda YR83M Shantung Gold

(With reduced gloss finish)



There is also a krylon spray can in one of their specialty lines, available at 
Wal-Mart its called "Champagne Metallic" or something similar.  Not a perfect 
match, but after nearly 50 years, who will be able to tell?

I recently purchased a 63 Corvan and although it's not in my possessionyet, I'm 
getting my "laundry list" together. I need a source for spray can Fawn paint for 
the interior panels. Vendors don't have it anymore. I'll take a close match.Also 
does anyone have brochures or factory photos of the interior especially
the bucket seats. Clear copies are fine. Anything showing the interior would be 
great.Thanks Ed in Florida
