Subject: <VV> Denver - 2012 Convention -- hotel info
All
A while back someone posted that the 2012 host hotel was booked. The information was not correct.
The HOST hotel has Rooms available for CORSA using the group name CORSA / group code "COR" when you register. See the online calendar, the communique or below for the specifics.
2012 Should be a fantastic convention in a great location hosted by a great group, Rocky Mountain CORSA. The room rate is dang good. Should be plenty of parking for water pumpers, Corvairs and trailers. <trailers will be next door in a "parking garage" (lower level. plenty of height even for tall trailers)
It is time to get those reservations and registrations in before the rooms are actually booked. (if you try to register online without the group code you will likely be told there are no rooms because currently All available rooms are blocked for the CORSA convention!! so use the group code and get the discount)
details
Host hotel is Doubletree Denver Tech Center, 7801 E. Orchard Rd., Greenwood Village CO
80111, 303/779-6161 or www.denvertech.doubletree.com. For special $99 rate give group name
