If it's black wrinkle finish it should be a '66 dash in my  experience.  
FWIW I sold a complete '66 Corsa AC package (compressor,  mount, hoses, etc 
from the engine compartment along with the complete (excellent  quality) dash 
and parts for $350.00--twenty years ago.  If it is a '66 dash  and in good 
condition, then it is fairly rare, but the special 140 HP compressor  mount 
and other parts would also be of above average value.
