<VV> LS Corvair Parts: Explained

I no longer work at LS Corvair Parts. Friday, March 11th was my last day
there. I now work for Original Parts Group Inc. in Seal Beach, CA. Just
before I left, they hired a new guy, Andrew. He is a very smart guy but has
limited Corvair knowledge. He is working hard to come up to speed. I have
been told that Marty Katz is sick with I believe a chest infection and has
been out for several days. I'm also told that Andrew has been running the
shop by himself, with the help from Carlos, the warehouse guy. I'm sure that
there will be a few "bumps in the road" until Andrew comes up to speed.
As an ex-employee, I request that all of you bear with Andrew & Marty for a
while. LS Corvair Parts is a great little shop with very competitive prices.
They don't have the manpower that some of the other larger Corvair parts
houses have but you get a more personal touch from them. In the next few
weeks, if you need the parts NOW and can't get it from LS Corvair, get them
from the "superstore". If you like the personal touch and free technical
advice, Keep shopping with LS Corvair Parts. There is a wealth of parts
there that I would not want to see scrapped if the store was shut down due
to low sales.
I wish LS Corvair Parts, Marty, Andrew & Carlos all the luck and plan to
give them MY Corvair parts business in the future.

Not in the last week or two but certainly in the last 20-30+ years. I
believe Dave Thompson and Marty Katz are both there now. Why do you ask?
