<VV> EM rear wheel bearing grease fitting install?

Ray; you are probably a bit paranoid. But actually, I just replaced
both on my 62, and they were the originals with 40 some years and 68K
miles, Some of the bearings were smaller, and the races had patterns
wore in them, and they made no noise.

Got a pic of the grease zerk idea? I'm interested.

I'm assuming all you would have to do is to pull off the rear drums,
take the 4 nuts off and pull the axles out. This wil expose the area
you need to install the zerk into. If you look at bearing design, it
is possible. If you want to be super careful, take the rivets out and
seperate the housing and back cover, look at the bearings, get the
rivets and grease from Clarks, drill the hole, insert the zerk, pack
the bearings, and then top it off with the zerk. Reinstall.
