<VV> EM rear wheel bearing grease fitting install?

This felt seal you mention might be what I'm missing.  I guess I'd better 
pull the bearings back out and see if there is anything in there.  I've 
looked at Clark's catalog and did not see any listing for these seals, what 
do I do if they are missing?
