Hi Mark, Glad to hear that Clark's fesed up on the 260 cam to you. I know of
another instance with a professional mechanic that they denied it.

Hello...I had the exact same problems with the Clark 260 grind cam.  I had a
valve that tapped terribly, and this was after a complete rebuild.  Tried
new lifter, push rod, checked geometry and all "seemed" OK.  Finally we
pulled it down and went with a ISKY cam and now all is silent.  I checked
with Clark's and they told me that they had much trouble with the 260 cam.
