 Depends on what you like. Georgetown is shorter ride, but it's closer to Denver and will be running narrow gauge steam this summer. They recently traded 2-6-2 #12 to the Midwest Central for an extended lease of Ex-West Side Lumber Shay 9 and another outside frame 2-8-0, to be restored later. Part of the deal is that #12 stays until #9 is up to current FRA regs. The Leadville ride is nice and historic, but not terribly exciting and diesel (GP-9 I think) powered. I'd take Georgetown over Leadville.
