Yes.
Remove the defroster hose to access the bolts on the front doors.
Use an impact (hammer driven type) to remove stubborn phillips head screws.
Something that looks like this:

Lots of soaking with Kroil or 50/50 mix acetone and ATF.
If you want to drill, use left hand bits.

Granted left hand bits work better on fasteners that have not been rusting
in place for 50 years... But soak, soak, soak. Recently a friend removed
the broken throttle stud from the side of a "Saganaw" 66 transmission with
these bits. Snagged and backed out on the first try.

Is there any easy/good way to remove the doors off a '61 Lakewood. The
fronts appear to mave bolt heads on the inside of the car and the heater
hose would have to be removed. The rear doors have phillips head bolts on
lower hinge. We got one bolt loose and the next step may be drilling the
other 2 out. any suggestions on something that has been in place for 50
years. Ken Clark
