<VV> '61 doors removal

Is there any easy/good way to remove the doors off a '61 Lakewood.  The fronts appear to mave bolt heads on the inside of the car and the heater hose would have to be removed.  The rear doors have phillips head bolts on lower hinge.  We got one bolt loose and the next step may be drilling the other 2 out.  any suggestions on something that has been in place for 50 years.
