<VV> Carb mounting stud repair

Greetings, 



When I removed my left carb the stud come out with the nut. It seems that a PO had problems and epoxied the stud in place.  That repair has cracked, failed and now devoid of threads. (See photo below) 



I would appreciate any ideas on how to proceed.
