<VV> Flywheel/Crank Bolts

So, I have received the 140/manual that I am going to install into my 66 Monza 110/PG.  I have removed the clutch but the bolts holding the flywheel are being stubborn.  Is there a trick to removing them other than brute force?  The motor was recently rebuilt so I know effects of time are not the culprit.  I just don't want to break any off..  Thanks, Joe
