I "may" have it worked out.  It appears that if instead of the actual 
invoice I gave the buyer (which was really an email with a price) -- 
in other words an honest document -- if I made up one with the word 
INVOICE in the title and printed it and faxed it to UPS ... that 
totally faked document seems to have satisfied them.  Go figure.

Having said that -- I would really like to find another lid for my 
buyer.  I can connect you directly with him (also Eric) if you have 
one to sell.  We only need the lid portion to be in good shape.

Meanwhile knock on wood that UPS pays up ...
