<VV> Fwd: Harmonic Balancer / Solid Pulley on 140

Sorry to be jumping in on this topic late. I can't find what I want when I
want it...but someone somewhere said something that made sense to
me...harmonic balancers weren't necessary on Powerglides. The torque
converters did essentially the same sort of job.

Otherwise, the harmonic balancer is recommended.
