Sounds like an old Saturday Night Live piece with Steve Martin as The Barber
of York.

Anyway, I doubt this issue with Bob is air entrapment. He's got a hard
pedal. Air in the system would be just the opposite.
Sounds like stuck cylinder(s), either wheel or master.
Are you SURE the wheel cylinders were replaced awhile back?
