Seth's right; torches and regulators are available from HF or check out
E-bay.

I bought mine back in '74 from some mailorder deal, and still use them.
Harris brand, I think.

I 'own' my own tanks (I think). When empty, I take them to the local welding
supply store, and they just swap 'em out with full ones.

Don't even think they check the tank dates...
