<VV> unusual? failure? something to watch for long CORVAIR related story

That is pretty darn scary in the sense it can take an engine out. I wonder if they have any plans of recalling these filters as I have been hearing more of them failing. I for one have purchased some of these filters and actually have them on my wagon at this time.
