13 ft-lbs is good in my opinion. But I am really surprised that your set of
mains didn't contain a special #4. Every set I have ever seen had one. But
that is just a technicality since you don't really need that in my
opinion. In fact if you will research the use of the special #4 you will see a
decided tolerance conflict by forcing the crank centerline DOWN by 1.5 thou
there.

have "one that was different" for number 4, the one that's 1.5 thousands
off off. All of the bearings plasti-gaged good. The torque to turn the crank
with the pistons is about 13 foot pounds. So is there a problem with that?
