You can make one of these by buying the proper length grade 8 bolt and
grinding flats for the eccentric washers.  In fact you could weld the washer
to the bolt head after making a round hole in the washer then just grind a
flat on the threaded end for the other washer.  Actually one washer should
be enough to get the alignment and then the "squeeze" from tightening the
nut should hold everything in place.  If your nut is stripped just use a lug
nut with the flat toward the washer.
