<VV> gas heater value again

I saw one a couple of years ago sell for $300 at the Fan Belt Toss in Palm Springs. This was a complete unit (with all the pieces) for an FC. I believe the car unit was less valuable due to many more being produced. And of course they do rob gas mileage. I heard as much as 2-3 miles per gallon. I have 1 for my Rampside but not installed.
