<VV> FC False Alarm Idiot Light

I was already on the road for 35 miles when my oil pressure and gen  
light came on in my FC.

  Are you saying BOTH  lights?   Temp/ Press  and GEN / FAN  ?


I'll bet it was the TEMP/PRESS  light.. and your   cyl. head Temp SWITCH  is so old it's coming on too soon, and you just re-installed the lower shrouds and T-stats?


Order a NEW one from a vendor!   They come on at lower and lower temps as they age...as in DECADES...  not years!! gg
