For the most part, yes. Others will chime in with a few if, and and buts. I
assume you are still using a generator? I know the rear accessory package for a
EM has a different one than the alternator LM to mount the generator on. As a
matter of fact I have a '61 with a 110 hp '64 truck engine in it.
Keep asking questions.

I have a '61 Monza that came to me with a running '64 110 (code ZF)
and a powerglide. My daughter drove it for over 10k without any
problems other than blowby. I'm currently building a 95 HP LM engine
(code RG) to put in her car.
Am I correct that, externally, the '64 engine is the same as the '65 -
'69 engines? So as long as I use the bellhousing and sheetmetal that
are currently in the car, everything will bolt right up?
