<VV> Wiper arm location

They are under the plenum grill in front of the windshield.  See your  
service manual.  Start by removing the wiper arms and spraying some oil (or  WD 
40 to start) up under the pot metal knurled mounts for the wiper arms and 
let  it trickle back down inside.  If that doesn't cure it then pull the 
plenum  grill to get to everything and lube the pivots on the linkage (lube the  
underside of the posts the wiper arms are mounted on too).  You'll decide  
for yourself how far you want to go when you get in there.  White lithium  
grease works well.
