<VV> Impala SS dash light--No Corvair

My 94 Caprice LT1 has a light bulb in the light switch. A very small grain
of wheat style bulb, but it is socketed.

After a number of years of storage in SC, I'm driving my 1994 Impala SS
again in preparation for selling it.  I've noticed that the small panel on
the left side of the dash which contains the headlight switch isn't
illuminated at night.  It's been so long since I drove the car in the dark,
I'm not sure if it has a light.  Anybody know before I start taking it
apart?
