The 185-70-13 is marginal in size, even for a light early. And your  
Convertible is heavy for an early. 
The 185-80-13 is 24.7" in Outside Diameter. 
The 185-70-13 is only 23.2" in OD  - Your engine will really be  buzzing on 
the highway!
 
Even a  175-80-13 would be taller.
