Ed,

If you are talking 13 inch tires, your chance of finding them currently are 
pretty near zero.  If you get lucky and find a set, they've probably been on 
the shelf for over a year - possibly two.

Maybe if the demand can build a bit more, Clark's could get Hancook to do 
another run?  I don't know and I don't run their business.  But, it might be 
worth a call to them to find out if anything is in the works along that 
line.

Several folks have gone to 14 inch wheels, but even 14s are getting a bit 
scarce at this point.

Maybe you could find something overseas - someplace where small cars are 
more prevalent?
