<VV> utube tutorial

OK, I was able to finally upload Ralph Nader's speech to my computer using
VHS to PC software.

I went to utube to upload it. But cannot figure out how to do it.

It says the maximum is 15 minutes, Ralphie's speech lasted an hour.

Poked around, but can't figure out anything.

Someone out there must have some experience.

I have tons more to upload, but if I can't post it, what's the point!
