<VV> Rear seat belts in EM 4 door

I am looking at a EM 4 door that I want to use as a Saturday afternoon
cruiser with the family so I would need to install rear seatbelts (the car
has front ones already installed).  I am fairly certain that the EMs had no
re-enforcement points for the belts so how is the best way to mount them.
My first though is to mount them directly to the floor pans and use larger
washers to help "distribute the load"  but not that is adequate.

Suggestions?
