Go with 14" wheels.  Lots available from our Japanese friends that 
fit the 'Vair bolt circle.


Yes, I know that 14" tires are also starting to get a little bit 
scarce but nowhere nearly as scarce as useable 13s.  You can still 
find useful 14s easy enough.  Just a thought...
