Ray, you old sew and sew!
Beeswax is good to put on wood screws before you use them. Goes in wood, 
especially hard wood easier and makes them easier to remove later.

Bees Wax used to be avail at all good hardware stores.  Try finding it at a 
big box.  Sometimes found with canning supplies and at fabric (where they 
sale cloth for making clothes) stores.
