<VV> corvair oil cooler/cabin heater? / Making the Engine run HOT in Cold weather?

So... how do you intend to MAKE  your engine run Hotter in the winter  IE:


Keep head temps at 400F  plus   Keep oil at 200f plus??

I live in SoCal  most of my life and after moving inland found it useful in the winter!
