<VV> FW: How often do you change your oil?

With modern oil formulations, it's a definite waste of a finite resource to
change oil every 3000 miles. Once the oil is gone, it's gone! The
europeans have been running their oil for 10,000 miles for a long time now
and they work their engines harder than we do with their style of driving.
I think my Mercedes calls for a 7,000 mile change but I'll have to recheck
the manual before I'll swear by it.
