<VV> FC Trim Paint Question

Hello, all you FC paint experts.
     In the Cove that surrounds an FC, there are small flats (about 1/16 inch wide) at the top and bottom edges of the cove, right between the double curve of the Cove and the main parts of the body panels.  Should these flats be painted body color or trim color?  Which way were they painted by the factories?
     On some FCs, the roof is painted off-white (trim color).  Should the drip rails be painted body color or trim color?  Which way were they done by the factories?
