<VV> Replacement of gas tank filler hose

Need help with best solution on replacing gas tank filler hose as well as
over flow hose on a LM? I am finding it hard to reach due to clamp
positioning and well I guess if you have you an answer you will understand
my dilemma.If tank removal is required what is the best way to remove sway
bar? Any help will be greatly appreciated as always. Thanks-John
