<VV> Better mileage with the top down.

Smitty says;  I know we are talking tops up and down here but the windows 
open and closed "thing" was also brought up.  Myth Busters ran a test which 
proves nothing except at the speeds where they did the test.  They used two 
identical cars.  They switched drivers for each segment of the test and ran 
that segment over.  Both cars, windows open and windows closed.  I believe 
the tests were run at 70 mph.  The car with the windows closed and AC on got 
the best mileage by about 2 mpg in all cases.  I know, too many variables 
here to mean anything to Corvairs with the top down.
