<VV> '64 Suspensions on '62 Monza Wagon

Hey Group,
I am wanting to upgrade our '62 Monza Wagon front and rear suspensions to the improved '64. I already have the '64 differential but am not sure how to go about doing this job. My first question:
Is this a job that will improve the handling and or safety of this car? What donor car am I looking to locate (sedan?, coupe?, convertible?). What coil springs do I want to use? Has this been done before? I like to keep my stuff mostly stock unless a safety improvement can be done. Thanks for any information provided. Oh and by the way, this car has belt trim on the front hood, fenders, and half way on the front doors.
