I doubt it Frank - the numbers for Jacksonville were almost certainly higher, it was probably hotter there, and arguably further away for an equal number of members.  A question that some posters alluded to is this - do the California folks show up in proportion to their numbers, and there are just fewer of them, or is the percentage lower?
