<VV> Vacuum advance - adjust

Somebody said they had a way to modify the canister to tighten up the
spring in the vacuum advance, so guys, pipe up.

1- place VA, resting between jaws of a vice


2-  using a 7/16-1/2"  socket on the dome / over the tube spear...    TAP Down approx. 1/8"


3- recheck  VA
