<VV> Car Log Booklet

I use this to keep track of the stuff I have to do on my car and its
enormous fuel consumption.  I thought some folks on this list might
like it.

There are plenty of websites that do the same thing, but as much as I
like websites, I like paper better for this.

The booklet one is printed and folded in half, the full size one I
fold in thirds and stick it in an envelope.
