Peter Inman says he cleaned and sealed the fuel tank.  Did you put a new
"sock" on the inlet?  Those things clog up and won't pass fuel.  Frankly I
think the sock should be eliminated and a separate filter added outside the
tank where you can get at it.  An electric pump just behind the tank is the
best idea.  Pumps do better "pushing" rather than "sucking".
