Yes, Frank, that is what I meant -- might be hard to find a company that 
will even sell it.

And Oregon requires Liability -- proof required to register the vehicle 
(of course, it can be canceled the next day, if one is of that bent).  
The Man will ask for license, registration, and proof of insurance -- no 
proof and they call the tow.
